📦 Eligible Return Conditions
Returns or replacements may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product received is significantly different from the confirmed order specification.
- Products arrive damaged due to improper handling or packaging.
- Quantity or quality does not match the purchase agreement or invoice.
- Shipment delays caused by supplier error (not shipping carrier or customs).
All return requests must include photographic or video evidence of the issue within the specified timeframe.
Note: Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables, seafood, eggs) are not eligible for return once accepted at destination unless pre-approved under special inspection terms.
🕒 Return & Claim Timeframe
– Domestic Orders: 5 business days from delivery confirmation.
– International Orders: 10 business days from delivery confirmation.
Claims made after these periods may not qualify for refunds or replacements unless previously agreed in contract.

💲 Refund Methods
Approved refunds are processed using the same payment channel used for the original transaction.
Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to reflect depending on the financial institution and currency used.

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility
For approved returns, the buyer must coordinate with Agro Bulk Market for proper packaging, pickup, and customs clearance.
In most cases, return shipping costs are shared or covered by the responsible party based on verified claim assessment.
Example: If damage occurs due to supplier error or packaging failure, Agro Bulk Market assumes return shipping responsibility.
If caused by improper storage or third-party handling at the buyer’s end, costs may be charged to the buyer.
🔍 Inspection & Quality Verification
All returned goods undergo inspection upon arrival at our warehouse or designated inspection point.
Refunds or replacements are only approved once quality assessment confirms the claim validity.
